01GTM Audit & Execution

Find where revenue is leaking. Then fix it.

We review how your business finds, answers and wins customers, show you exactly where deals slip away, and then build the fixes.

RevenueOS is an independent studio that audits how businesses find, answer and win customers, then puts the fixes in place. We review where inquiries come from, how quickly you reply, how deals move and which tools hold it together. You get a written report of what to fix first, or we can build the fixes.

Most businesses don't need more leads. They need to stop losing the ones they have.

Inquiries arrive through Instagram, WhatsApp, the website and the phone. Some get a reply in minutes, some the next day, some never. Quotes go out and nobody checks back. Nobody can say which channel actually brings in paying clients.

It rarely feels like a crisis. It just quietly caps how much the business can grow, and spending more on marketing only pours more water into the same leaky bucket.

The audit

We follow the path a customer takes, from first hearing about you to paying you, and look at every point where they can fall away. Then we put it in writing, ranked by what's worth fixing first.

  • Lead sources and how they're tracked
  • Response time and ownership
  • Sales process and follow-up
  • CRM, tools and data
  • Website and inquiry flow
  • Reporting and visibility

Inquiry response

Instagram and WhatsApp inquiries have no single owner. Many get their first reply the next day.

High
Follow-up

Package quotes go out, but nobody is reminded to check back with people who go quiet.

High
Lead sources

There is no record of which channel each client came from, so marketing spend can’t be judged.

Medium
Tools

Inquiries live in three places, and none of them is treated as the source of truth.

Medium
Website

The contact form sends to one person’s personal inbox.

Medium

Fix first: route every inquiry, from every channel, into one shared list with a named owner and a same-day reply target.

Guides: what a GTM audit covers, why businesses lose leads, and when to use a CRM or a custom dashboard.

How an engagement runs

  1. Conversation

We talk about how your business sells today and what you'd like to change, and agree on the audit's scope in writing.

  2. Audit

We review your tools and data, speak to whoever handles inquiries and map how leads move through the business.

  3. Findings

We walk you through the report and agree on priorities. You can stop here and act on it yourself.

  4. Execution

If you'd like us to continue, we build the agreed fixes and connect them to the tools you already use.

  5. Review

A few weeks later, we check the fixes are holding up and adjust anything that isn't.

What we'll need from you

Nothing needs to be tidied up first. We'd rather see how things really are.

  • Access to your CRM, inboxes and tools, view-only is fine for the audit.
  • An hour with whoever handles inquiries, because they know where things slip.
  • A list of the tools you pay for, even the ones nobody uses.
  • A few recent deals you won and lost.
  • One person who can make decisions, so priorities don't stall.
